Nice, undulating climb with some nice curves and varied sections that keep the whole thing playful. Especially the first part stands out because of the views and character of the road, while the remainder is quieter but still pleasant uphill through green surroundings.
Mooie, golvende klim met enkele leuke bochten en afwisselende stukken die het geheel speels houden. Vooral het eerste deel springt eruit door het uitzicht en het karakter van de weg, terwijl het vervolg rustiger maar nog altijd aangenaam omhoog loopt door een groene omgeving.

Mooie beklimming met een paar leuke bochten. Dat maakt het wel leuker/mooier qua beklimming vind ik altijd. Het tweede gedeelte is ook prima maar het eerste gedeelte is wel het mooiste :) Leuk om niet te gek hoogtemeters mee te pakken!

Mooie klim. Je vertrekt van aan de kerk van Remersdael en begint direct aan het lastigste en mooiste stuk. Hierna is er een stukje afdaling voor je nog een lang stuk doorklimt zonder dat het echt steil wordt. Het asfalt is niet zo goed, zeker als het vuil ligt.
Climb with two descents. The climb starts at Remersdaal church. The first part with the bends is the most beautiful, partly because of the view. After the last bend, it rises slightly and then descends a bit. This is followed by a short climb section with a somewhat longer descent until the point where the road turns right at the farms. After this, the final part of the climb begins. Keep in mind on the whole road that the quality of the asphalt has deteriorated rapidly in the last 1½ years.

Na de laatste bocht loopt het nog iets op en daal je vervolgens wat af. Hierna volgt een korte klimdeel met een wat langere afdaling tot het punt waar de weg bij de beoerderijen rechtsaf draait. Hierna begint het laatste deel van de klim. Hou er op de gehele weg rekening mee dat de kwaliteit van het asfalt de laatste 1½ jaar hard achteruit is gegaan.
Especially in the first part this is a beautiful climb - with beautiful views of where you come from - which also has a nice steep uphill. After the descent a sharp turn at a farm and then follows the second climb between mainly meadows with many horses. Also a nice part with in front of you the edge of the hill where you eventually have to end up. Most of the way is reasonable to good asphalt. At the farm there may be mud and towards the end the tarmac becomes a little less but still good to ride. Recommended! Also in the descent though you have to in between a bit firmly upwards.
Vooral in het eerste gedeelte is dit een prachtige beklimming - met fraai uitzicht op waar je vandaan komt - die ook nog lekker stevig omhoog loopt. Na de afdaling een scherpe bocht bij een boerderij en dan volgt de tweede klim tussen vooral weides met veel paarden. Ook een mooi stuk met voor je de heuvelrand waar je uiteindelijk op moet uitkomen. Het grootste deel is redelijk tot goed asfalt. Bij de boerderij kan er modder liggen en tegen het eind wordt het asfalt iets minder maar nog steeds goed te berijden. Aanrader! Ook in de afdaling trouwens al moet je tussendoor dan wel even een stukje stevig omhoog.

As the other cycling enthusiasts pointed out: nice climb, lovely and quiet. The Strava segment is exactly 3km long. Never really steep, but eye-wateringly beautiful. Amazingly many horses along the route.

Eigenlijk is het gebied van Visé tot aan Verviers veel leuker fietsen dan in Zuid-Limburg. Weinig verkeer, langere klimmen en vooral onverwachte heuvels.
Mabrouck is zo een die in een enkele toertocht is opgenomen en vooral voor de lokale fietsers een bekende is.
Met een haarspeldbocht en een kleine afdaling ideaal om de benen te testen.
Met het roodbos even verderop kun je hier diverse lusjes rijden en zomaar 2000 hoogtemeters wegtrappen op 10 vierkante kilometer.
Let wel op tijdens het oogstseizoen want het kan glad zijn hier en daar!

Very quiet and scenically beautiful climb that after the two turns goes up steadily. Halfway you have on the left side a nice view to the three countries point. In my opinion the most beautiful climb in the direct surroundings of Teuven.
Hele rustige en landschappelijk mooie klim die na de twee bochten gestaag omhoog loopt. Halverwege heb je aan de linkerkant een fraai uitzicht naar het drielandenpunt. Wat mij betreft de mooiste klim in directe omgeving van Teuven.
