A pretty tough climb with unfortunately a lot of traffic. Until Fiss steep percentages and quite a few hairpin turns, then the climb is actually done.
I myself have this climb in the course of the afternoon on a sunny day and then it was very hot because the sun full on the mountain wall is. You have also regularly nice views into the valley. Top quality tarmac and flat hairpin bends where you can possibly catch your breath.
