Je bereikt het beging van deze klim door de Lemiersberg vanuit Orsbach af te dalen of vanuit Nederlands Oud Lemiers de Senserbach over te steken. Tot vlak voor de Schurzelter Strasse loopt het stijgingspercentage heel gezapig omhoog. Pas vlak als je de bocht naar links in beeld krijgt moet je echt op de trappers gaan staan om dit pittige stukje te overbruggen. Aan het einde ga je voor het laatste deel van de klim op de splitsing rechtsaf richting Vaalser Strasse.

Otherwise, this is a very pleasant climb that runs almost entirely through greenery (only the last part is through a residential area) and a nice alternative to the main road from Lemiers to Aachen. The first few kilometres go up gently beside a stream until the steep section. Then turn right at the T-junction and continue to follow the road. So it's a scenic route with a nice spicy bit in it.

Voor de rest is dit een zeer aangename klim die vrijwel geheel door het groen loopt (alleen het laatste stuk is door een woonwijk) en een fraai alternatief voor de hoofdweg vanaf Lemiers naar Aachen. De eerste kilometers gaan rustig naast een beek omhoog tot aan het steile stuk. Daarna op de T-splitsing rechtsaf en de weg verder volgen. Een landschappelijk mooie route dus met een lekker pittig stukje er in.
