Lovely quiet because basically car-free road up through a beautiful forest. After the first bend, you can see part of the slope well in front of you. On the last part of the climb there are younger trees on either side which gives a somewhat more spatial effect. A little after the top, you have a nice gatehouse on the left.
Heerlijk rustige want in principe autovrije weg door een fraai bos naar boven. Na de eerste bocht zie je een deel van de helling goed voor je liggen. Op het laatste deel van de klim zijn aan weerszijden jongere boompjes wat een wat meer ruimtelijk effect geeft. Iets na de top heb je links een fraai poortgebouw.
Not a difficult climb, but the very quiet road through the forest is so soothing that I rarely cycle it full speed up. Just enjoy being a cycling tourist here.

Dit klimmetje is vooral de moeite waard voor de omgeving. Door het bos omhoog, geen verkeer. De zuidkant is wel leuker om op te fietsen. Asfalt is matig.
A gentle climb through the forest. The climb itself is not that exciting. My Garmin never indicated more than 5％, but you can make it as hard as you want. If you keep on going, you will also feel this climb. Watch out for crossing pedestrians, also when you descend on the other side.
Een rustige klim door het bos. De klim zelf is niet zo spannend. Mijn Garmin gaf nooit meer dan 5％ aan, maar je maakt het natuurlijk zo zwaar als je zelf wil. Als je doortrekt ga je ook deze klim wel voelen. Beetje oppassen voor overstekende wandelaars, ook als je aan de andere kant afdaalt.
