D'un point de vue esthétique, c'est une belle côte à travers champs, dans un cadre particulièrement verdoyant après un début en plein cœur de Nethen. Le passage pentu s'avale sans qu'on s'en rende compte ou presque.
Par contre, c'est clairement à éviter en période humide, la route (en fait un chemin agricole revêtu en dur) est alors complètement recouverte de boue.
