Fijne combi met Fourche. Deze is iets mooier qua omgeving, asfalt is iets minder. Het is dan ook een secundaire weg.

A delightful two-stage climb. From Mont de Fourche you can continue climbing (or: 'start climbing again' if you were already on the Route des Forts) towards the southeast. After the first bend, you reach a group accommodation of a Dutch owner which, incidentally, is d.d. for sale - for those interested. Then it climbs on for a kilometre, outside leaf possible. Then a nice side-stage descent and then a slightly steeper and longer stretch of climbing. Beautiful scenery, very quiet road and here and there vistas to the Moselle valley. Highly recommended.
