This climb is located in the luxury villa district Son Vida. The first part you can follow different roads through the neighbourhood. The devil is in the tail though, the last part of 800 meter has an average of 15,5% with peaks above 20%. It is painful, but once you reach the top, you will have a beautiful view of Son Vida and Palma de Mallorca.
The road becomes a dead end at the top, so you have to return the same way. The descent is quite dangerous because of the percentages and when I was there, there was also some loose gravel etc.
