En nog een onopvallende col in een grote doorgaande weg. Maar zoals wel vaker in de Spaanse pyreneeën betekent grote weg niet automatisch veel verkeer. De klim is rustig met af en toe wat mooie stukjes. Na de zijweg naar Mezkiritz is het even harken omdat de weg redelijk strak omhoog gaat. Het laatste stuk heeft weer wat meer bochten, maar dan zijn de stijgingspercentages alweer heel relaxt. De col zelf komt enigszins onverwacht en ligt in het bos, dus geen uitzicht.
