Nice climb with two faces, first part really tough and almost continuously around or above 10%. However, halfway up a bit to catch your breath. Then the 18% sign, but that seems for show, max 15% seen on the counter. Second part like flax flat to the top. Boring and straight ahead. Once at the top, unfortunately, no views.... read more

The clim is from two segments, first the stepper one and other almost flat. The first part is a bit challenging. On the top, there is a very nice gravel circle for about 25 km.

Climbed in late April 2025. There are some steep stretches at double-digit gradients on the climb. Being fairly early in the season and on a day with mixed weather conditions, I encountered very little traffic. I turned left to Gorjuse rather than going up to the ski stadium. The road conditions on the descent were rather poor with many cracks and bumps. At the bottom of the descent, you're close to the beautiful Lake Bohinj.

Again a nice climb from Bled, fits well in a tour. Lots of traffic here, but the first part of the climb nice asphalt (after a while I also went left towards Bohinj). One sign along the road indicates 18%, but that seems a bit exaggerated.

Nice climb from Bled. There are racing bikes for rent if you don't have your own. I didn't do it all the way to the stadium, but turned left after the steeper parts, direction Gorjuse. Then you have a nice downhill to the lake of Bohinj and you cycle relatively flat back to Bled (approx. 60 km).

The asphalt in the climb is good everywhere, but there are some steep parts and don't be surprised by the average as it is now, because the last part to the stadium is actually quite flat. The signs along the road indicate 14 percent and I think it's still a bit above that (in small parts).

The picture is of the descent, but that is the climb if you do it the other way around.

Lekkere klim vanuit Bled.
