Climb over the main road from Eys to Witten. The climb starts just past the point where the Eyserbeek passes under the road. The first peak is near holiday flats Eyserhof. Then it flattens out for a while and even before the railway viaduct of the Miljoenenlijn the second peak starts with the steepest part just past the Eyserhalte. You reach the summit at the Resistance Monument.
Klim over de doorgaande weg van Eys naar Witten. De klim begint net voorbij het punt waar de Eyserbeek onder de weg doorgaat. De eerste piek zit thv vakantieappartementen Eyserhof. Daarna vlakt het heel even af. Voor het spoorviaduct van de Miljoenenlijn begint de tweede piek met het steilste deel net voorbij de Eyserhalte. Thv het verzetsmonument ben je op de top.
One point more than the south (west) side of the Plettenberg but I found this one easier, maybe because there are a bit more distractions along the way. Along a busy road though. At the top you can turn left into the Karstraat to the top of the Kruisberg (last part is gravel) for some extra altitude meters.
Eén punt meer dan de zuid(west)kant van de Plettenberg maar ik vond deze makkelijker, misschien omdat er wat meer afleiding is onderweg. Wel langs een drukke weg. Bovenaan kan je voor wat extra hoogtemeters linksaf de Karstraat in naar de top van de Kruisberg (laatste stuk is dan wel gravel).

Klein puistje op weg naar Wittem, je kunt hier op de macht doorknallen, tegen het eind loopt het iets steiler waardoor je je daar op kunt blazen. wel redelijk drukke weg met ook vrachtverkeer.

Het stelt niet zo veel voor. Even op de pedalen staan en je bent over de pukkel heen. Daarna kan je bergaf richting Wittem
