After the right hand corner the road goes up and at the crossroads (which has become a mini roundabout) to the left it goes up for about 120 meters and then another slight spur. Also here is a new layer of asphalt since December 2020.
Leuk alternatief voor wie de steile klimmetjes liever niet doet want langs deze weg kan je ook richting Gelrode vanuit Wezemaal zonder de drukke Aarschotsesteenweg te moeten nemen . Je rijdt hier door een nieuwe chique week met vele grote villa's maar het is een aangename omgeving door de vele bomen . Je geraakt aan deze klim door juist voor het steile deel van de Panoromalaan ( in de bocht ) schuin links de weg te nemen en af te rijden . Na enige tijd begint de klim stilaan. Na de bocht naar rechts loopt het wat meer opwaarts en op het kruispunt ( is nu een mini rondpuntje geworden naar links even 120 meter stevig bergop en dan nog een lichte uitloper. Ook hier ligt een nieuwe laag asfalt sinds december 2020 .
