Salita piacevole non dura fatta in estate (luglio 2023) abbastanza calda. Il traffico c'è ma è poco. Prima del passo delle radici sulla sx c'è una bella fontana in zona boscosa. Altra fontana a sx quando si gira sul passo a gomito verso San Pellegrino.
Il pezzo finale è il più duro quello che inizia dall'incrocio (a sx) della strada che arriva da Piandelagotti ma le pendenze sono limitate e l'ascesa è allenante.
