Beautiful scenery, challenging climb. Steep at the statr to let you know you're in for a proper one, eases off for a while, gets proper steep at the top.
Road surface OK on this side but a little bit rough.
If you're going on down to Park: glorious descent on a great surface, but you don't want to be approaching the *two* double-bend bridges at close on 50mph like I did
