The beginning of this climb is not very impressive as far as climbing percentages are concerned but it is a beautiful nature and views but after 600 meters when you pass the small road of the Oudenberg from Rillaar on your right, the road becomes a bit steeper and you ride on a narrow hollowed out road between the trees of a beautiful forest. Definitely a must if you're in the area and you can go strong on your big plateau.
This was the playground of cyclocross icon Roland Liboton who was Belgian cyclocross champion for 10 years in a row in the 80s.
