Nice gentle climb, up to the village lots of hairpin turns, pretty gradual ascent. Until the village good asphalt and some traffic. Above the village no traffic nice rural route average pretty steep but nowhere super steep, asphalt here is moderate, quite a few cracks few holes and here and there gravel on the road. Stopped where the asphalt turns into an unpaved path. The descent to macot plagne/aime is very relaxing. For the way back from aime to moutiers there is a lighted bike tunnel, no lam... read more

Stopped where the asphalt turns into an unpaved path. The descent to macot plagne/aime is very relaxing. For the way back from aime to moutiers there is a lighted bike tunnel, no lamp needed, did some stretches on the main road, possibly there is a better alternative, but this was ok to do.

Steady fun climb on good pavement. Agree with the other review, good to descend to Macots. The part where the picture is is wonderful, low decline and just feels like floating. A great ride!

Fine climb constantly uphill. Starts nice bit of descending to a village then starts climbing. It can feel monotonous constantly through the forest and only hairpin bends, advantage is very quiet and exceptionally good tarmac. The surprise is in the village you approach, nicely decorated. Once there, you can descend towards aime but this climb sends you to the campsite. Here you get nice views but still that turns back into woodland. Asphalt is still nice, just keep climbing and you're there! The descent towards aime is beautiful and much nicer than the 376 hairpin bends!

Fijne klim constant omhoog.
