Climb is indeed hidden. Listed in Cotacol (no 113) so popular with Belgian cycling friends. Poor road surface is currently being worked on (September 2025) as the road is open, so the climb is currently only suitable for gravel bikes. Beautiful scenery, so when the new road surface is there soon, this climb definitely deserves 4 stars!

Klim ligt inderdaad verborgen.

This low-traffic climb is one of the options for riding towards Herve from Bolland. The climb starts at the junction thv L' Apémonade. You have to be careful where you go because the start is somewhat hidden in the bushes. The first part of the climb is also the steepest. You then drive up on a hollow road on bad tarmac under the trees. Towards the first farm on the right of the road it then levels out a bit and the asphalt becomes better quality. From the first house on the left of the road, the gradient then rises again for a few hundred metres. After this, it is false flat over the last 1½ km to the summit. About 400 metres before the summit, the climb of Les Cours joins it from the left. In several places, there are fine views over the surrounding area.
