The first few kilometres are pretty tough, I did have the thought: does it flatten out somewhere? Yes, that's how it feels on the 10% sections...that usually says it all but for this 90-kg polder boy this one was still doable...real climbing goats must love this...small flat section and then 1 wall to the top! Enjoy... read more

Enjoy

The first 2.5 km in the forest are immediately steep, percentages below 10 per cent feel like recovery zones. the final kilometres are a lot flatter and in more open countryside. The road is good and there is little traffic. Although the climb is quite short, you still get the feeling of a real climb, especially with the winding course of the road. The descent towards Wolfach is on a good, fairly new road surface with no dangerous curves0
