La salita e Monte Sengiari (Poggio Ameno) è il naturale completamento delle rampe per Quota 101 da Luvigliano o Tramonte. E' caratterizzata da uno sviluppo piuttosto breve, ma anche da un profilo molto irregolare e abbastanza impegnativo. L'asfalto peggiora via via che si sale, e d'inverno il fatto che si salga per la maggior parte dentro un bosco non facilita certo la pulizia del fondo. Alla fine si gode di un paio di bei tornanti e di una vista interessante. Se si è in zona vale decisamente la pena di provarla.
