A reference climb for the Valdarno as it is one of the few with high gradients spread over a certain length. The attack is immediately brisk with a succession of hairpin bends. At Nusenna, you catch your breath as the road even descends a little, but the next stretch is even more challenging than the first with double-digit crampons not dampened by hairpin bends and the summit that seems close but never arrives. The pass joins three sides of Monte Luco, opening up great opportunities for looping. I do not recommend doing this slope downhill, too steep it is curious, it is all done with the brakes on!
don't recommend riding alone, plenty of wild animals sounds, gradient is killing, on the top there is a restaurant but it is often closed
