Very nice and easy climb on a well-paved, quiet road. 9 km with an average gradient of 5% fairly even, no peaks. If you are well trained it is easily done. Very beautiful and sunny hilly landscapes: it is essential to have sufficient water reserves because there are no bars along the route. However, it can be covered in less than an hour and at the top there is a beautiful plateau from which there is a very fine view of the Ragusa countryside. Very beautiful and sunny hilly landscapes: it is essential to have sufficient water reserves because there are no bars along the route. You can return to Giarratana by turning right after the summit. The road there is a bit bad but nothing dangerous. If you wish, you can continue on to Palazzolo and make a wider loop. Little vehicular traffic.

Poco traffico veicolare.
