Salita spettacolare, panorama splendido e suggestivo.
Tough climb but the arrival at the malga repays the effort. First kilometres that warm the legs with an average gradient of around 8/9% up to Pianture. There we face the first insidia: a wall of 200/250 metres at 17/20%. 300/400 metres to rest and then begins a long stretch almost always around 12% with peaks in the final part at 15%. At that point the road becomes easy and rideable before encountering a series of demanding hairpin bends. Fortunately, their rapid succession leaves room for brief moments of recovery. You then arrive at altitude, the forest giving way to the pastureland of the malga, about 1 km of road at 10% before arriving at the coveted malga. Very little traffic. Road not in good condition: no problems on the ascent but care must be taken on the descent.
Pochissimo traffico. Strada non in buone condizioni: nessun problema in salita ma bisogna lrestare attenzione in discesa.
This climb is so beautiful! You can ride in the raw nature of the place, quietly, in peace.
Well, this is a stgrong one and some pikes are very hard, especially one in the first is like a wall, but with a 34/32, in your road bike, you can climb without so much problem.
This is perhaps the most beautiful climb of the Alpago! Only for real climbers! The first stretch up to the beautiful village of Pianture is easy. Then there's the "wall of tears", where you arrive at gradients of 22/23%. Then the road climbs into the woods and there are still many hard miles to go. In the last stretch you cross the pastures of Mezzomiglio, until you reach the malga. Enchanting place and great view!
Luogo incantevole e gran panorama!
