This climb starts in a stream valley and goes up nicely. At the T-junction with the main road turn right and the climb becomes more of a relaxed run. The Lütticher Strasse is the connecting road to Aachen but it is not a wide street at first and the traffic is very quiet. Further on there is a sort of bicycle lane (on the sidewalk) next to the road. On the (clear) top you can see the road and the Aachener Wald in front of you.
Deze klim begint in een beekdal en loopt lekker omhoog. Op de T-splitsing met de hoofdweg rechtsaf waarna de klim meer een relaxte loper wordt. De Lütticher Strasse is de verbindingsweg naar Aachen maar is in het begin niet als een brede straat aangelegd en het verkeer rijdt rustig. Verderop komt er een soort fietsstrook (op de stoep) naast de weg. Op de (duidelijke) top zie je de weg en het Aachener Wald mooi voor je liggen.
