Took it nice and steady, it's unfortunately quite the popular destination for car traffic (especially on a beautiful spring day). Several switchbacks/turns to break off the routine, fairly regular with a couple of harder bits and finally you can claim to have seen the place where 3 countries meet!
According to Climbfinder, Lemiersberg begins on the N-278 between Lemiers and Vaals. At the traffic circle on the outskirts of Vaals, it turns right onto the Randweg until the junction with Eschberg. So Fedor's photos and directions are correct. Via Lemiersberg you have the option of going over the Nieuwe Hertogenweg/Viergrenzenweg to the Drielandenpunt.

Wellicht dat Angelique73 de Lemierserberg (ook wel Benedictusberg genaamd) in Duits Lemiers bedoelt. Die loopt vanaf de overgang vanaf de Senserbachweg inderdaad tussen de velden omhoog naar Orsbach.

The road the previous reviewer mentioned is NOT the Lemierserberg, but the N278 to Vaals as I can see on the photos. The Lemierserberg is a steep climb through nature and a village, on both sides you see the vast agricultural fields. If you have walked all the way up the mountain you can drink something at a beautiful viewpoint and turn right into a path. If you follow this path you have a great view over the hills.
De weg waar de vorige reviewer het over heeft is NIET de Lemierserberg, maar de N278 naar Vaals zoals ik op de foto’s kan zien. De Lemierserberg is een flinke klim dwars door de natuur en een dorpje, aan weerszijden zie je de uitgestrekte landbouw velden. Als je helemaal de berg op gelopen bent kun je wat drinken bij een prachtig uitzichtpunt en rechts een pad in. Als je dit volgt heb je een geweldig uitzicht over de heuvels.
The Lemierseberg is a good and relaxed way to add some more kilometers and altimeters to the Vaalserberg climb, but it is not really a beautiful route. The straight road from Lemiers to the traffic circle is the most challenging, then it flattens out sharply towards the traffic circle. Though busy roads but you ride separated from the cars.
De Lemierseberg is een goede en relaxte manier om nog wat kilometers en hoogtemeters aan de Vaalserberg-beklimming te plakken, maar een echt mooie route is het verder niet. De rechte weg vanuit Lemiers naar de rotonde is het meest pittig, daarna vlakt het sterk af richting de rotonde. Wel drukke wegen maar je rijdt gescheiden van de auto's.
