Pleasant climb. Not very difficult. The road is quite bad but a road bike can pass without any problem. Once up there, you have to go down to the lake (bike on your shoulder).... read more

It was my first big climb, one of the hardest in the region. I did it on a mountain bike and that meant I didn't have too much trouble with the steep gradients at the beginning and end. However, the condition of the road varies a lot from year to year, but in my opinion, the final ramp is very likely to be punctured on a road bike. In addition, in the summer of 2021, the road was completely planed after the Cernoix bend. The scenery is not extraordinary because it is often in the forest, but the view from the top is magnificent.
PS: You can climb to the top by mountain bike and then descend via the various downhill mountain bike trails.
