Hidden behind the village, the first few kilometers of this route take you up a very steep initial section. This steep climb continues until you reach the second section on the main road. This second section is very open and is essentially just a long stretch until you turn off to tackle the final short stretch to the summit. The road surface is only decent on the main road. The first section is definitely a must-try for fans of long, steep climbs.
