Climbed yesterday as part of the Tilff Bastogne Tilff, the climb itself is beautiful, but what a shitty road! The surface is in a terrible state, you'd almost need a gravel surface.... I don't really understand the organisation for making us go through this.

Côté grimpée hier lors de Tilff-Bastogne-Tilff. Je ne peux que confirmer les avis précédents : difficile, calme, très bel environnement, mais la chaussée est dans un état lamentable. Fortement déconseillée dans le sens de la descente !
Wonderfully quiet road indeed. Not a soul was seen during the ascent, nor during the 15 minutes I spent eating a sandwich and enjoying the view in the cosy wooden kiosk at the top. Highly recommended.
Heerlijk rustig weggetje inderdaad. Geen levende ziel gezien tijdens de beklimming, en al evenmin tijdens het kwartiertje dat ik een boterham at en van het uitzicht genoot in het gezellige houten kioskje op de top. Een aanrader.
Very bad road surface, but a beautiful climb. Steep, but very irregular, climbs in stages. Lovely quiet road. Ridden in the Philippe Gilbert Classic. Where many take a rest on the less steep parts, you can make big differences by pedalling through them.
Erg slecht wegdek, maar een prachtig klimmetje. Steil, maar erg onregelmatig, klimt steeds trapsgewijs. Heerlijk rustig weggetje. Gereden in de Philippe Gilbert Classic. Waar velen even rust pakken op de minder steile stukken kun je juist door daar door te trappen grote verschillen maken.
