A climb where the tarmac dead ends (the road does continue as a gravel road but that is quite "challenging") so at the end you have to descend via the same road again. Still, definitely fun to catch if you drive by or stay in the area because really challenging. I had hoped for some more views (there are certainly some at the top, by the way) but the steepest part of the climb is through a hollow road.... although then you won't be looking around much there anyway. From the town centre, it goes up quite a bit from the bridge but after turning right and then left (cul-de-sac) it gets steep - and stays that way for a long time. Between the houses and along the cemetery it is already a steep climb but after keeping to the left you enter the hollow road and it gets really tough. Then it flattens out and there is a nice rural stretch to where the asphalt ends. On the way back, there are also nice views here. Fair to good tarmac across the board.
