Je rijdt voornamelijk door bos over een redelijk goede doorgaande weg naar boven. Het eerste deel heeft nog leuk uitzicht naar achteren. Na de tweede haarspeldbocht gaat de weg meer stijgen... en nog meer stijgen. Onverwacht steil voor zo'n brede weg en je moet echt flink aan de bak. Na de volgende hairpin wordt het lichter al blijft het aanpoten. Als je het bos uitrijdt is de klim ook ineens afgelopen. Een rustige weg verder en dus met een echt pittig gedeelte.
