Leuke klim die eerst via een mooie slinger door een gloednieuwe nieuwbouwwijk loopt. Na de haakse bocht een lichte afdaling waarna een vrijwel rechte en weer klimmende weg langs een aantal villa's richting de Zandweg loopt. De asfaltwegen zijn behoorlijk nieuw en dus prima in orde. Geen drempels.
