Voordat de aangegeven klim begint loopt de weg al een stukje omhoog. Het begin is wat pittiger, daarna blijft de weg in een gestaag tempo verder omhoog lopen. Halverwege mooi uitzicht naar rechts, o.a. op de kerk van Julémont wat het eindpunt van de klim is. Op een T-splitsing rechts, even lichtjes afdalen waarna de weg relaxed verder klimt tot het eind.
