Beautiful scenery and excellent road surface but it hardly does any climbing. The best part - and with just a bit more punch - is after you turn left.

As on the map, you start with false flat on a clear cycle path through a beech avenue. As you turn left towards the fire tower, it gets snappier and the beautiful Veluwezoom moorland unfolds. Fair amount of recreational traffic.

If you have done the Lange Juffer from Ellecom and want to do another round, you might as well take this one. It doesn't get very tough anywhere but the almost 4 kilometres of false flat can sometimes make it seem harder than it is.

The surroundings are beautiful and the cycle path is good but a bit on the narrow side. Especially in summer. Always take oncoming traffic into account. As said, nothing very exciting but just enjoy the scenery
