Eerst een stukje gravelen vanuit Mechelen om dan deze prachtklim te pakken. Perfecte klim om ook even te intervallen omdat deze erg onregelmatig is. Heb je daar geen zin: dan gewoon genieten van het uitzicht want dat is prachtig.
To get here from Mechelen, you have to take a (good) gravel road (before the climb you are already on tarmac) but this piece of road is worth it because you can enjoy the road and the view towards the Geul valley. The climb is actually three slopes in a row with a spicier bit each time. You cannot get into a rhythm here. Good tarmac, but it can be busy with cyclists.
Om vanuit Mechelen hier te komen moet je een stuk (goede) gravelweg meepakken (voordat de klim begint zit je al weer op het asfalt) maar dit stuk weg is het wel waard want is is hier genieten van de weg en van het uitzicht richting het Geuldal. De klim zijn eigenlijk drie hellingen achter elkaar met daarbij steeds een pittiger stukje. In een ritme komen doe je hier dus niet. Goed asfalt, wel kan het druk met fietsers zijn.
