A very easy climb over perfect tarmac and without traffic. The climb also runs through beautiful green surroundings. The two bends provide a nice climbing feeling.

Lovely climb. Climbing not tough and most of it is a nice runner. The pleasure is mainly in the route and the scenery because via two hairpins (the first in a deep hollow with a nice side valley, the second with nice views - between the trees - over the valley) you slowly climb up. At the houses keep to the right where, after a flatter section, there is another final climb (you can see it nicely in front of you). Largely excellent tarmac and the rest is also fine.
Heerlijke klim. Klimtechnisch niet zwaar en het grootste deel is een lekkere loper. Het genot zit voornamelijk in het traject en het landschap want via twee haarspeldbochten (de eerste in een diepe holle weg met een leuk zijdalletje, de tweede met mooi uitzicht - tussen de bomen door - over de vallei) klim je langzaam naar boven. Bij de huizen rechts aanhouden waar na een vlakker stuk nog een eindklimmetje (zie je mooi voor je liggen) volgt. Grotendeels uitstekend asfalt en de rest is ook prima.
Een rustig baantje met heel aangename asfalt. Je begint in een charmant dorpje genaamd Val-Dieu, maar de klim zelf bevindt zich in een mooie groene omgeving waardoor je kronkelt met enkele haarspeldbochten. Een aanrader! Enkel de uitloper is net iets minder mooi, daarom 4 sterren ipv 5.

Door de haarspeldbochten waan je je voor even in een bergachtige omgeving. Schitterend uitzicht ook over de vallei en niet al te lastig vanwege het regelmatige stijgingspercentage. Qua asfalt en verkeersdrukte ook een prima!
One of the nicer climbs in this corner, partly due to the 2 hairpin bends you get a bit of an "Alps feeling" . It is not super steep and long but therefore ideally suited to full throttle to the top to blast. If you bad timing blow yourself up just before you come out of the woods, do not forget to turn right at the houses to finish the climb. Top tarmac
Een van de leukere klimmen in deze hoek, mede door de 2 haarspeldbochten krijgt je een beetje een "Alpen gevoel" . Hij is niet supersteil en lang maar daardoor bij uitstek geschikt om vol gas naar boven te knallen. Als je slecht timet blaas je jezelf op net voordat je het bos uitkomt, vergeet daar bij de huizen niet rechtsaf te slaan om de klim af te maken. Top asfalt
The asphalt was once Walloon lousy. Now a nice road surface. At the foot lies the very worthwhile Valley Dieu, known for its beer and cheese. Also a place of reflection. Delicious food in the water mill, drink on the courtyard and shopping in the abbey shop.
Het asfalt was ooit Waals belabberd. Nu een mooi wegdek. Aan de voet ligt het zeer de moeite waard ziindeVal Dieu, bekend van bier en kaas. Ook een plek van bezinning. Heerlijk eten in de watermolen, lekker borrelen op het binnenplein en inkopen in de abdijwinkel.
Not super exciting, but a great climb. Good tarmac, nice and regular, wide hairpins so you can easily take the inside. Recommended to take it once if you're in the neighborhood.
Niet super spannend, maar wel een heerlijk klimmetje. Goed asfalt, lekker regelmatig, ruime haarspelden zodat je zonder moeite de binnenkant kunt pakken. Aanrader om zeker een keer mee te pakken als je in de buurt bent.

Perfect road surface, two delicious hairpins to pedal on the outside and a beautiful view of Val Dieu. Definitely worth it if you're in the area (despite the low difficulty).
Perfect wegdek, twee heerlijke haarspeldbochten om op het buitenblad op te trappen en een prachtig uitzicht op Val Dieu. Zeker de moeite waard als je toch in de buurt bent (ondanks de geringe moeilijkheid).
