If you like extreme challenges like me, then this is an absolute must-do!!! The first few 100m are fine but then... Then the climb turns into 1 true hell. The climb was especially tough for me given my body weight of 125kg but that doesn't stop me from seeking out these climbs precisely because I love climbing. With a lot of pain and effort, without dismounting(!!!), I reached the top. However, instead of 3.7km, I made it at least 8km because I only cycled uphill while slaloming (see Strava snippet) and with a cadence of between 40 and 50rpm (11-34 cassette). Periodically my front wheel also came off the ground as a result.
You must have a beautiful view from the mountain, but all I saw was the tarmac.

Never do 1 thing and that is to descend this route!!!! The biggest and steepest part is one long straight road, if you brake, you'll somersault, if you don't brake, your name will be in the Guinness Book of Records because of your top speed, but you won't live to see that.

In any case, the road surface is in very good condition but that will be partly because (I expect) it is hardly ever used.

If you like climbing then you must have done this one, if you don't then only if there is no other option.
