Can get steep in places but keep grinding and you'll soon be at the top. Great to decend from too although decent brakes needed & pick your line on the road! Awesome views which on a clear day can see for miles.

super beautiful climb and to see the horses in freedom close to Hayton rock is a beautiful reward, I highly recommend it. I left from Dawlish, be careful the roads are very steep and sometimes very narrow, you have to park on the side of the road to let the cars pass.
