Started this route with a degree of trepidation after reading that there was a corner at 33％ midway up the climb. Online reviewers seem to suggest that it's the finish, and not the hairpins, that is the hardest part of the climb. I'd agree and think that Veloviewer doesn't get the difficulty right on this section. Might be, of course, that my legs were totally shot at that point and the gradient just felt harder. Even Bwlch-y-Groes felt easier than this climb!
