Quite a steep climb, one of the toughest in the area. It’s a dead end road though, so unless you go off road you have to come down it. At the time of writing, it’s been resurfaced with “surface dressing” up to the ridgeway. With next to no traffic using the road, the surface is rough, with plenty of loose gravel.
