Short climb with spirited start and vicious second-to-last bend. Hairpin bend, nice between the woods and over good tarmac. Too short to be really tough, however, but a nice climb to blast up on the power. Now that the Posbank is closed to motorised traffic on weekends (and the whole of July and August), the climbing is much quieter (and safer) so that's great!

Definitely a fun climb and I get that the hairpin turns capture the imagination, but (as a local) not the most beautiful climb in the area as far as I'm concerned. Completely in the forest. Always nice to take on the way home, but in terms of scenery there are much nicer climbs in the area I think. Hardest part is in the second bend from the bottom where the percentage is well into the double digits. Then it slowly flattens out again until the next hairpin bend. That one is tough, but then it's over after that. The last bend is as good as flat.

Lovely climb over perfect tarmac, nice lots of turns including two hairpin bends and in a beautiful forest. After the clear summit, a nice descent towards Rozendaal (or at the junction in another direction).

One of the most beautiful climbs of Veluwezoom National Park, as the road looks un-Dutch thanks to the hairpin bends. The climb is fine on power, but few do it 'on the slippers'. At the end at the double hairpin, you can still be fine in the anaerobic zone. Traffic is there though, especially on fine Sundays beware of car and recreational traffic.

Lovely climb to stand on the pedals and chase upwards. The hairpin is beautiful but not too wide, so with a bit of bad luck a car comes down and you have to make way for it. This is the way back from the Zijpenberg in Rozendaal, with the hairpin bends, so nice climbing. I think it is a bit harder, because there is no descend, and because it touches the 9％, and you do have that in the other direction. But it is still a beautiful area to climb.

Do not mistake the Emmapyramide, this climb is in my opinion wrongly registered here as a 'green' climb.

The climb from the parking lot may be short, but there is no climb in the Veluwezoom that in 600 meters gets so many altimeters. And the locals know that, here is more climbing training than on any other climb. This is really 600 meters of hard work, with some beautiful hairpin bends in the course.

Despite the crowds, do not ignore it when you come down from the Zijpenberg!

The hairpin! Very steep, if it comes anywhere near the feeling of real mountains, it is this part. It is in the middle of a descent and soon another descent follows, but despite the small number of altimeters you really have to work hard.
