De achtergrondinfo in de vorige review heb ik onderweg even gemist maar leuk om na te lezen. Wat rest is een zeer smal en fraai gelegen klinkerweggetje met een mooie steilwand aan de linkerkant en rechts een mooie tuin met waterpartijen. Na het eind kan je schuin rechtdoor de Oude Holleweg of linksaf de Nieuwe Holleweg verder omhoog vervolgen.

Op een smalle klinkerweg fiets je zelfs over een beekje naast de steile groene achtertuinen aan de ene kant en een prachtige moderne groene villa aan de andere kant. Die staat op de plek waar heel vroeger Bad Beek lag, een zwembad dat werd gevoed door het ijskoude water van de omliggende beken. Ook kom je nog langs 'de Spoelput', een gerestaureerde wasplaats. Door alle bezienswaardigheden, de rust en de groene aankleding een extra ster erbij.
Omdat deze weg doodloopt voor auto's, je pontificaal uitkomt op de Nieuwe Holleweg én er zoveel te zien is, doe je er verstandig aan deze klim kalm aan te doen.
