Did this one with my son, tough little climb. Try it from the beach down at Ventnor 😱😱
From the Ventnor sea front this makes a decent climb of about 5km and about 250m of ascent. If you go up Zig Zag and then Ocean View Rd before you get to Down Rd, you will get a decent warm up for this climb which is very steep in places and offers no place to recover! It's well wroth it for the views and fresh air at the top...
Nice climb, windy so care when descending, it's a dead end but if you climb from the esplanade including zig zag road ( bad road surface) it makes it more rewarding
