A truly magnificent climb on a very pretty road. There's a good quality bike shoulder available almost non-stop and there's very little traffic.
There's not much shade and there's no way to refuel once you reach the top before méjanne-le-clap, but the view and the surroundings are worth it. You feel very isolated and alone in the world.
