Lovely quiet little road with a big cliffhanger halfway. You start under the motorway viaduct where it immediately climbs nicely and then descends in a relaxed manner before turning right. Here it gently climbs... until it flattens out and you cross a small valley because then it goes up very fast - and just too long to do it on power. Even after that, it keeps climbing for a while, sometimes quite nicely.
Heerlijk rustig weggetje met halverwege een flinke instinker. Je begint onder het snelwegviaduct waarbij het meteen lekker stijgt en daarna even relaxed daalt waarna je rechtsaf slaat. Hier gaat het rustig omhoog... totdat het even afvlakt en je een dalletje kruist want daarna gaat het heel hard omhoog - en net te lang om het op de macht te doen. Ook daarna blijft het nog een tijd soms best aardig doorklimmen. Mooie groene omgeving. Wel is het asfalt soms wat matig.

Volledig eens met Jeroen. Prachtig klimmetje. Starten doe je net onder de autostradebrug - op zich al een spectaculair zicht.
Dat middenstuk doemt als een muur op na een kort knikje (in het echt is het spectaculairder dan op de foto :-) )
The Sarpay is a beautiful climb through a beautiful wooded area. The road is quiet and you will hardly encounter any traffic. This climb has a solid wall in the middle part which is an assault on your legs, calves and lungs. Really a tough, but beautiful climb to incorporate into your route!
De Sarpay is een prachtig klimmetje die door mooi bebost gebied loopt. De weg is rustig en je komt nagenoeg geen verkeer tegen. Deze klim heeft een stevige muur in het middenstuk die een aanslag pleegt op je benen, kuiten en longen. Echt een pittige, maar mooie klim om in je route te verwerken!
