Côte de Montaigu can be cycled from 5 sides. Montaigu from Lons le Saunier is the most popular side, but the summit can also be reached via Montaigu from Lons-le-Saunier via La Côtette, Route de Vatagna, Montaigu via Chemin de Paillin & Côte de Montaigu.
