Zeer mooi klimmetje: heel rustig, stukken open vlaktes en stukken tussen de bomen. Wegdek is matig (wat putten en ook wat steentjes op de baan). Mijn route gestart om half 8 in Marchin en het was nog redelijk koud (zeker met het stuk afdaling hier naar toe), deze kilometer klimmen was ideaal om wat warm te krijgen - enkel opletten als je overgaat van de afdaling naar begin van deze klim: daar lagen wel wat steentjes.
