I did this one as part of 'the big daddy' - from Andratx to Pollenca, and then take in this one, Valldemossa and Sa Colabra. Of those three out-and-back combinations of first downhill, then back up the climb, this one was by far the quietest. I was the only cyclist there, and also saw only a few cars's. For that reason alone, I found it worthwhile. The climb itself is also fun with lots of hairpin turns, and really challenging in places. Asphalt is mostly good. If you go further east on the M-10 again, you have to go straight up at the top of this climb.

Ik deed deze als onderdeel van 'the big daddy' - vanuit Andratx naar Pollenca, en dan deze, Valldemossa en Sa Colabra meepakken. Van die drie heen-en-terug combinaties van eerst de afdaling, en dan terug de klim op, was deze veruit de rustigste. Ik was er de enige fietser, en ook slechts een paar auto's gezien. Alleen daarom vond ik hem al de moeite waard. De klim zelf is ook leuk met veel haarspeldbochten, en op sommige plekken echt uitdagend. Asfalt is grotendeels goed. Als je op de M-10 weer verder oostwaarts gaat moet je bovenaan deze klim direct verder omhoog.
