What a fantastic climb, from both sides! On brand new asphalt, well beyond Orient (we did this one in early May 2026 from Bunyola) it is now in fantastic shape. Beautiful varied scenery, from forest to rocks to views. Very little motorized traffic and also relatively few cyclists. Lovely 'running' percentages. Great as a warm-up for the harder climbs of Mallorca or just to end 'relaxed'. Also good to do in combination with Col de Soller which we climbed on both sides on the s... read more

Now with new asphalt. That makes it twice as much fun.

Jetzt mit neuem Asphalt. Dann macht es gleich doppelt so viel Spaß.

Hele fijne klim. Afwisselend landschap, mooie dorpjes.

A beautiful climb. There are a few short vicious passages in it, but apart from that it is mostly enjoyment of the surroundings you cycle in. It is also wonderfully quiet with virtually no traffic. The road surface is moderate, but that cannot spoil the fun.

Very quiet and shady road overall, the surface is mediocre but should be resurfaced in autumn 2025...

As far as I am concerned, this climb really deserves a much higher rating.
OK, the road surface is not the best (especially the descent). But you cycle in beautiful surroundings, which makes up for everything. Also almost no traffic. Highly recommended!

Beautiful climb and scenery. Right at the start, still in Bunyola, there is a viciously steep bit. Then alternating with max 9%.
Asphalt is pretty bad here and there.

Less beautiful than its neighbour (Coll de Sóller), with less hairpins, less views and no amenities on the top, but a nice regular climb.

Beautiful climb with little traffic. You look into a beautiful landscape and you feel alone on the world. What a tranquility!
The climb is never really steep and runs nicely.
If you continue your way to the col d'Horient, you come through a very small village where you can sit on a terrace.
