I am doubtful if this deserves 3 stars or 2 stars. It is quite nice so I give it the benefit of the doubt, but what I dislike is the traffic. It isn't too bad, but it isn't great either. It is definitely noticeable, albeit not the heavy traffic I despise. It has somewhat good scenery and the road quality is amazing.
