Very nice climb through the woods from the start to the summit, but the slope hurts! the first wall takes its toll on the legs, and the part at 14% finishes them off for good, this straight section seems endless, but from my low level I'm proud to have made it to the top! There are several signs from Wasselonne on how to find this climb. The pavement is in perfect condition and looks as if it's been resurfaced very recently. However, if you go down towa... read more

A short but demanding climb with steep gradients on a beautiful forest road with little traffic.
If you are into gravel, don't hesitate to push on to the Pandours pass via the Schneetal and Langenbank forest roads.

The pavement is in perfect condition and looks as if it's been resurfaced very recently. However, if you go down towards Cosswiller, be very careful, the start is well tarmacked but you are soon surprised by the transition to a very bad road.
Short and intense, the road is not as bad as it seems...
Isolated climb, but you always see a lot of cyclists, it's a classic in the area...
