In a rural nice variety, this is a nice climb to add to your ride. Good tarmac, clear and quite nice variety along this side. Quite dirty steep at times but doable due to its length. If the weather is nice you cycle in the around midday sun firmly. Beautiful views as a reward at the top.... read more

Beautiful pustule that was once in the cyclo "Bouquet de Tavel". Quite steep at the end!

Allow for the Navacelles climb as an hors d'oeuvre (approx. 2km at 4%).
At Bouquet the pass is not signposted, so set off in front of the church in the direction of Le Puech.
After an initial phase at 4% we hit the hard stuff all the way to the top of the pass, but be careful, there's still 1.7km to go :D
The road isn't wide but beautiful with superb views. It then joins the road from Seynes, which is wider but with traffic.
On arrival it's not uncommon to find a group of paragliders waiting for the right conditions to take off.
