To be honest, the locals think of this as the true Frith Hill and not the one that turns off left, despite the actual road naming. It's all Frith Hill, really.
In terms of positives, getting up here will give you the long fast descent into Chesham, or the option to turn off to Hyde Heath on a quieter road. I don't have much positive to say about the climb itself, I'm afraid. Maybe you should go and take on the Chesham Wall instead, despite that being horrible. You can also get up via the church, with a bit of bike lifting, but it still leaves you the top part of the climb. It's very fast in descent, but mind the holes in the road.
